Hip Hop & Pop
This class is for those high energy little ones that are always ready to show off their dance moves! It combines the basics of hip hop (only age appropriate movement & music-we promise!) with basic jazzy moves & groove. Dancers will perform a hip hop dance in the end year recital. Students enrolled in Starlettes & Rockettes class can take this class.

Pointe II
This class is for beginner pointe dancers. Dancers must have 3yrs of ballet training and the approval of Mrs. Carmella before enrolling. This is a very disciplined dance class and a dress code will be enforced. Dancers will be expected to wear pink tights & a black leotard. Hair must be pulled back away from the face and off the neck. Ballet skirts, leg warmers & ballet sweaters are optional. Dancers must be on time to class, dressed in their dance wear & with dance shoes on. Along with learning the necessary components for dancing on pointe, dancers will learn ballet terminology & be required to master certain skills before advancing to the next level.

Twinkle Toes
This class is for our preschool students ages 3-4. They will be introduced to ballet & tap basics. We will focus on creative movement, ballet and tap terminology, body awareness & rhythm all while instilling a love for dance through several fun activities that facilitate the dancers creative expression. They will also learn two dances to perform in our year end recital.

Musical Theatre
Our Musical Theatre class is geared toward our Broadway lovers. Students will be introduced to musical theatre dance as seen in movies like Annie, Hairspray, Grease, Cats & more.This class will focus on learning performance skills that will help connect them with the audience & telling a story through dance & facial expressions.

Ballet is the foundation of all types of dancing; because of this we REQUIRE ballet as a pre-requisite for any other types of dance. This class will include terminology, positions, turn out, barre, center, port de bra & combinations. This class is for our high school dancers with a minimum of 4 years ballet training. The dancers will learn & perform a routine at our end of the year show.
