This is a Acro Combo class, Students will tumble, roll, flip and split! Basic and more Acro skills for new and developing students. Skills taught will include somersaults, cartwheels, splits, bridges, front limbers, handstands and flexibility training. As they grow, they will learn front walkovers, back walkovers, aerials and round-offs. Recommended for ages 4.5 - 10+

Pre-Ballet (Monday)
Pre-Ballet - Recommended for Ages 3 to 5. This class is for beginner younger dancers to learn the beginning ballet skills, basics of dance choreography and begin to develop a love of dance. Students are introduced to the fundamentals of classical ballet movement, spatial concepts and musicality through creative learning. Children continue to explore basic dance principles in a creative, though progressively structured environment where ballet etiquette is first introduced.

Ballet/Tap 1 (Monday)
Ballet 1/2 -For Ages 3 - 7. Basic tap and ballet skills and positions will be the focus as we grow a love of dance. This class offers a structured ballet setting with an emphasis on understanding classical ballet line, positions and port de bras movement while developing muscle memory. Children will build on the knowledge of movement concepts acquired in Pre-Ballet 1. Students will develop an understanding of tap vocabulary such as flaps, shuffles, cramp rolls and ball change. This class will enable the student to successfully execute these and other basic, fundamental tap dance skills.

Baton 1 & 2 - Recommended for Ages 6-12+ . This class is for new baton students and the growing twirlers. Some experience helpful but not required. Dance skills will be incorporated. The class may do Pom Poms as well. Basic skills include: figure 8s, flat spins, two hand spins, thumb flips, finger twirls, marching, basic rolls and more.

Ballet/Jazz/Lyrical 2 - For students with some experience. Instructor will approve registration of each student. Ballet, jazz and lyrical modalities will be taught, with development of correct technique, skills and positions.

Premier Team - PreTeen
There is an extra $50 fee for the Team Booster Annual Fee that must be paid via Venmo to the Team Director, Christine Zoll to cover administrative and other expenses . Parents MUST attend Parent Team meetings, events and competitions. Twirlers will be invited to audition for the team if they have the minimum required skills: proper thumb flip, basic full hand twirling, body skills, a hard work ethic and a coachable attitude. Auditions will be held in August and January. Most competitions will be within a 2 hour driving distance approximately. Participating in team fundraisers, performances and extra practices is expected. Additional attire, costumes and equipment must be purchased separately.

The Dance Performance Team is for students who are looking to take their skills to the next level and do local performances. This group will begin to do competitions and will be connected with the competitive teams and local events. Practice times may be added to prepare for events. The extra $50 fee is for the Team Booster Annual Fee. Parents MUST attend Parent Team meetings, events and competitions. Dancers will be invited to audition for the team if they have the minimum required skills, a hard work ethic and a coachable attitude. Auditions will be held in August and January. Most competitions will be within a 2 hour driving distance approximately. Participating in team fundraisers, performances and extra practices is expected. Additional attire, costumes and equipment must be purchased separately.

Acro 1 - Tumble & Roll - For Ages 3.5 - 7. A fun interactive class where students will learn basic tumbling skills, including forward rolls, backward rolls, hand stands, cartwheels, bridges, and use tools to help train those skills along with fun apparatus (balls, ribbons, etc.) to help encourage eye-hand coordination. Flexibility development will be emphasized also.

Acro 2 - Flip & Split (Tuesday)
Acro 2 - Flip & Split - For Ages 6 - 14. A next step up from our Acro 1 Tumble & Roll class. This will also be a fun interactive class where students will learn basic tumbling skills taught in Acro 1 should be mostly mastered (forward rolls, backward rolls, hand stands, cartwheels, bridges), and the next level of acro skills will be taught (including one-handed cart wheels, front limber, front walkovers, back walkovers, round-offs and full splits adding jumps and harder floor acro skills. Again, tools to help train those skills along with fun apparatus (balls, ribbons, etc.) to help encourage eye-hand coordination, as well as other tools to help develop strength and flexibility. Flexibility development will be emphasized also. Competitive team students may take this class to help develop further acro skills and will pay a reduced rate.

Teen Dance (will be open to pre-teen as well based on skill level) Learn Dance Technique, Leaps & Turns 2 - open ages class, but must have been in another ballet currently or instructor approval. This class is for a students who want improve turn out, strength in positions and movement, develop stronger leaps and turns and have better balance and other key ballet technique. Reduced fee for team members.

This new level of dance team will be for the young dance students who are ready in dance skill and maturity to begin to pursue the dance team experience for performances and exhibitions. The Mini Baton Team - For ages 3 - 5+, students will learn and develop baton twirling skills. This class is for a student who has taken baton twirling previously and has some of the basic skills, and is interested in the beginning of competitive teams. Basic skills include: figure 8s, flat spins, two hand spins, thumb flips, finger twirls, marching, basic rolls and more. Auditions are held in August and January. Only local contests and performances will be required. Inquire if you are interested. Select Team is by invitation only. Inquire with the director if you are interested in auditioning. There is an extra $50 fee for the Team Booster Annual Fee that must be paid via Venmo to the Team Director, Christine Zoll to cover administrative and other expenses . Parents MUST attend Parent Team meetings, events and competitions. Twirlers will be invited to audition for the team if they have the minimum required baton and body skills, a hard work ethic and a coachable attitude. Auditions will be held in August and January. Most competitions will be within a driving distance approximately, PLUS the Select Team will travel out of the region as well as attend national competitions. Participating in team fundraisers, performances and extra practices is expected. Regular practice times are on Monday and Wednesday, with additional practices scheduled on some weekends. A complete schedule will be given during the Team Parent meetings. Additional attire, costumes and equipment must be purchased separately.

Ballet/Tap 2 is for a slightly older or more advanced class than a new beginner or very young dancer. Students will learn at a little more advanced pace. Age range is 5.5 to 10. This class offers a structured ballet setting with an emphasis on understanding classical ballet line, positions and port de bras movement while developing muscle memory. Children will build on the knowledge of movement concepts acquired in Ballet/Tap 1. Students will continue to develop an understanding of tap vocabulary such as flaps, shuffles, cramp rolls and ball change and more. This class will enable the student to successfully execute these and other basic, fundamental tap dance skills and develop more advanced skills.
