Little Movers Combo
A 45 minute introductory dance class containing creative movement in ballet, tap and acro. Young dancers will learn the basic steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement in a positive environment. Engaging music is used to get these little guys inspired to dance. The use of props such as Twinkle bears and hula hoops, enables the young dancers to use their imagination, creativity and, most of all, have fun! Our end-of-year goal is to transition all dancers to a class with no parents. If your child is ready on the first day, GREAT! If not, that’s alright too. We will work on their confidence together.

Junior Contemporary
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of modern, jazz, lyrical and ballet. It stresses versatility and improvisation, unlike the strict, structured nature of ballet. Contemporary dancers focus on floor work, using gravity to pull them down to the floor. Contemporary dance can be performed to many different styles of music. Modern is the study of technical movements brought to another level; a style that incorporates abstract movements. Contemporary is a more flowing style of dance using technical aspects of ballet and twisted lines.
