Beginner
This level will focus on six Irish Dance fundamentals and how to implement them into further choreography. Dancers will engage in fun mobility and strength exercises to supplement their dance progress. Upon completion of this class, dancers will have learned the Light Jig and the Reel. Dancers will be eligible to compete at teacher discretion. This class is ongoing for the entirety of the 2022-2023 season. Tuition is charged per month. **NOTE: There is no class 11/23, 12/28.
Prerequisite: Completion of Intro to Irish Dance class

Holiday Dance Workshop - 1 Day
We will learn some fun choreography, play games, and make a craft! Two guest instructors will also be joining us from out of state! No Irish dance experience necessary - this workshop is open to everyone.

Introduction to Irish Dance Spring Session 1
This class is designed for children ages 4 and older. It consists of a 7-week session that will allow dancers to become familiar with Irish dance. Dancers will learn body awareness and 6 Irish dance fundamentals. Dancers in this class will learn the Light Jig.
Class runs January 7 - February 18 and there are no make-up classes. The full class fee ($70) is due upon registration. There is no month-to-month tuition.

Conditioning
Conditioning is a weekly supplemental class geared toward building strength, power, and endurance. Students use free weights, exercise bands, and body weight to raise the bar in their dance training. This is a drop-in class available to Intermediate and Championship dancers.

Intermediate
This class is designed for dancers in their third year of dance or beyond. Within these levels, dancers will further develop their style and technique while also being introduced to new choreography. Training will be geared toward achieving competitive goals. Weekly Conditioning class is optional, although highly encouraged.

Championships
This class is designed for dancers who have successfully advanced through Novice and Prizewinner levels and is offered to both Preliminary and Open Championship dancers. It is designed to further develop individual dancers’ style and technique while also learning more complex and advanced choreography. Training will be geared toward achieving competitive goals. Weekly cross-training is required.
Prerequisite: Placing 1st in all four core dances at the Prizewinner level
