Creative Dance Age 5-8
This is a supplementary class where dancers will explore their creative side! Dancers will warm up with proper technique and participate in games and activities to develop their artistry and creativity. Lessons may include facts and stories about Ukrainian culture and drama games to improve stage performance skills. This can be taken alone or as a compliment to Metelyky, Malenki Zirky or Proleesok.
Open to students born in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018

Dancers will be introduced to Ukrainian dance through basic exercises and combinations, stories, songs and games. Dancers will also learn choreography to be performed at studio concerts. Dancers may be invited to participate in the Calgary Ukrainian Festival.
