Beginner Ballet
Classes will focus on strengthening the core, developing center for balance, and reinforcing correct foot and ankle positioning to a safe and successful transition to pointe work. Pre-Pointe/Pointe classes must be taken in conjunction with a standard ballet class and will begin in the Spring Semester once dancers have gained strength and endurance to be ready for pointe.
