This is our second stage of classes where we will build on the moves learned from the essentials level. In this level you will learn several spins, dance moves and low impact floor work to help build upper body and core strength while promoting flexibility and confidence. You will learn how to climb and begin basic inversions. What to wear? Shorts and a tank top (more skin is required for gripping the pole!)

360 Fit Floor Work Choreography is fun way to transition from 360 Fit Pole to the Floor! This class is for beginners & all levels. This class you will learn tricks & combinations. You will also focus on the ability to be creative off of the pole.

You will learn a basic spin grip as well as a front and backwards spin on both sides before moving into the beginner level pole. What to wear? Leggings and a tshirt are acceptable attire for this class.

Breaking is the first dance style in hip hop culture and is now included as a sport in Olympics, it is very good for kids to learn this dance as a sport and also a way of expressing their feelings through dance and music. In this class will focus on the breaking style, we will learn how to do Top Rocks, Foot works, Go Downs and Freezes. This class will build students confidence in doing some floor works/ground moves and stalls/freezes. It is a great introduction for those students who want to expand their genre of dance.
