Adult INT Ballet
This class is designed for adults who have been taking the BEG adult ballet class and feel ready for new challenges and for adults who have had prior dance training. Advanced combinations will be provided for dancers who have extensive dance backgrounds.
Adult classes are enrolled by the month. By registering for monthly classes you are automatically enrolled for subsequent months, with the option to withdraw from this automatic enrollment prior to the first of the next month. Monthly tuition, due on the first of the month, is based on the number of classes per month. No registration fee to enroll.

Strong feet & ankles are important for aesthetic and physical performance in ballet. Moreover, approximately 85% of dancers will have injury during their career and around 50% of these occur in the ankle or foot. Join Dr. Natsuko on Wednesday, March 27th from 6:30-7:30pm for this masterclass!
Dr. Natsuko’s Strong Foot & Ankle workshop will cover:
