What goes better with warm Summer weather than WATER and DANCE! Bathing suits are a must this week as we explore what dancing “under the sea†is like, Mermaids and how creative we can get with just some simple tools and WATER! A WATER themed snack is provided each day for our campers. You certainly don’t want to miss out on this adventurous week full of “SPLASHES!†(recommended for ages 7 & under).

A Week At The Spa Camp
This week our campers will get pampered as we learn about facials, make-up, manicures, pedicures and so much more! Special guests will be popping by this week such as massage therapists, yoga instructors, hair stylists and nutritionists just to name a few to teach our campers some new tricks. This week is all about taking care of both our mind AND bodies and how dance takes care of our soul! (recommended for ages 7-12)

Bluey & Bingo Block Party
Campers this week will explore ALL styles from tap to jazz, hip-hop to acrobatics and so much more. The best part is it's all to the tunes of 2 of our favorite TV characters. Our whole week including dance classes, crafts and snacks will be focused on Bluey & Bingo and all of their TV friends, a week that'll keep our youngest of campers engaged and smiling. (recommended for ages 7 & under)

Candyland Camp
Who doesn’t love a sweet treat!? Come explore lots of fun this week as we dance our way through our own life sized Candyland Board. Campers will be exploring all styles of dance this week along with lots of surprise treats thrown in too! Don’t forget that your sweet snacks are included all week long too!

Slumber Party Camp
Slumber parties are full of dance parties, pillow fights, fort building, karaoke and basically no sleep! That’s exactly what we’ll be doing at this week of camp! We’ll even be wrapping up the end of the week with an actual sleepover at the studio!!! (Optional of course). You won’t want to miss this unforgetable week of fun and friendships! (recommended for ages 7-12)

9th Annual Princess Camp
Calling all Princesses!!!!!!! This week is geared for our younger dancers who dream everyday of becoming a princess! Each individual day will focus on a different Princess character as we gear our dance time, craft project, snack and story time around that particular princess of the day! Dancers will be introduced to all genres of dance throughout their time at Princess Camp. A great camp for our younger dancers to learn what classes they enjoy the most, and of course leave feeling as if they are a Princess themselves! Don’t wait…this camp sells out every Summer!! (recommended for ages 5 & under)

Queen Academy
So many of our campers over the years have "graduated" from Princess Camp but aren't quite ready to leave behind the DBA tradition of Royal Week, so we've created a step up from Princess Camp with our Queen Academy! A great opportunity for our older campers to still experience the magic of being a Princess but in a bit more mature of a way! Each day will still focus on a different Princess and genre of dance along with our snack and craft time. However, in Queen Academy, we'll also spend some more time learning all the prim & proper ways the world of Royalty works. (recommended for ages 6-9)

Through immense teamwork, super sleuthing and lots of dance moves, clues will be revealed, but will the dancers break the code and make it out of the jungle by the end of the camp?! Grab your fun animal print attire to find out, and get ready to dance your way through a WILD adventure! (recommended for ages 7 & up)

From flexibility to strength, contortion to power, teamwork to self achieved goals, we’ll touch on it all during All About Acro Camp!! (Recommended for intermediate/advanced acrobats)

Our week together will be full of technique, choreography as well as team building as we kick off the start of a new season together. With multiple guest teachers coming in, our Company dancers will be challenged and pushed to new levels in addition to your very own DBA staff getting multiple rounds of choreography started for our upcoming season! Our week together will culminate in an exciting fieldtrip!
This week is required for all 2024-2025 Performance Company dancers.
