An introduction to dance for ages 3.5-4.5 years. In this 45 minute class students will learn the basics of jazz and ballet dance as well as basic tumbling skills (forward rolls, bridges, cartwheels, etc). The class time is split up evenly between jazz, ballet and tumbling. They will learn the basic terminology associated with each style in a fun environment that uses creative movement, imagination and props.

Princess Ballet
Princess ballet for ages 3.5 - 4.5 years. Dress as your favorite princess and dance to music from your favorite fairytales! This class teaches basic ballet technique (foot positions, plie, releve, passe, etc.) in a fun and imaginative environment. Technique is taught through imaginative play and princess fairytales. Creative movement and props are included in the fun. Students are encouraged to wear princess costumes. Ballet shoes are required. Hair must be pulled up and away from the face.

Intellidance Babies
Come and learn how dance, music, and play can nurture early neural development, while strengthening the caregiver-baby bond! Each week will introduce a new development topic to help you understand how to support your baby's growth. Dance and music concepts will be introduced through circle dances, free exploration, songs and rhymes, and sensory activities that help foster your baby's cognitive, emotional, and physical health. Caregivers will delight in watching their little ones grow and learn while making friends and socializing with others.

Creeping, crawling, walking, bouncing! Your little one is now moving and exploring the world like never before. Creative Movement
This class is a non-parent participation class designed to be a great first dance class for ages 2.5 - 3.5 years or a wonderful second session class for those who have taken one of our Mommy or Daddy and Me classes.

Much like our Mommy and Me classes, this class uses creative movement and fun props to get your little one moving. Since this is a first dance class for many little ones, learning how to follow basic directions and take turns is part of the learning process.

Children should wear comfortable clothing they can move in and either ballet shoes or bare feet. No jeans, sandals or flip flops please. Please have hair pulled up and away from face.

Jazz dance is often performed to the popular music of today, therefore this class uses recognizable age appropriate music for center, across the floor and routine choreography. Participants will learn the basic terminology associated with the jazz dance genre as well as proper body alignment, showmanship and fluidity of movement.

Modern A/B
For ages 8 - 12.
Modern dance is a dance style that focuses on a dancer's own interpretations of movement and emotions instead of structured steps. However, this does not mean that modern dance has no structure. There are several internationally recognized modern dance techniques studied today. This class will focus on a combination of styles, teaching the structures unique to each style and the history behind it as well as training dancers to explore and discover their own unique movement and expression.
This class is great for the student who loves to move and needs a creative and expressive outlet!

Contemporary dance blends ballet, jazz, acrobatics, and modern dance into a beautiful, unique and challenging performing art. Students must have several years of experience in several dance genres to be successful in this class.

Acro Dance A/B
Acro dance blends classical dance jazz and ballet technique with acrobatics and tumbling. In this class students will practice strength training and develop the flexibility needed to perform basic acrobatics such as bridges, forward rolls, cartwheels and handstands. Through carefully thought out exercises, students will progress to more advanced skills once they master the basics. Students will take their stills to the next level by seamlessly combining their acrobatic training with choreographed dance routines.
Students must wear form fitting clothing and hair in a bun.
