(separate program - $110 for 7 weeks, or drop-ins at $18 per class)
Mommy & Me class will explore music and movement, with instruments and manipulations. Children will build upon speech and vocabulary through songs. They will use whole body movement to develop fine and gross motor skills through play centers and tumbling equipment. Children will also get to socialize with peers in a fun learning environment. We are so excited to team up with Jessica from Mommy & Me in the Forest to bring this class to the South Strand.

PICA - Dance Class
Synergy Dance Collective is so excited to offer their Creative Movement class at PICA. This class will take place every Thursday in Building H. Our Creative Movement class provides children with an introduction into the magical world of dance! Using make-believe imagery, hands-on props, and interactive music, children explore basic dance concepts. Our Creative Movement class encourages the development of physical skills, channeling energy in a healthy way and nurtures their creativity. Children will also practice taking turns, sharing and following directions.

Our 12-week class will help your child explore a new activity all while working together to prepare for our theater showcase. The children will get to perform scenes, monologues and original ideas for an audience and their peers.
