This class meets once per week for 2 hours. The class focuses on the primary skills needed to become part of our competitive team. Pre-team offers strength and conditioning, flexibility, mastery of skills and the structure needed for potential advancement to the competitive team.  Further advancement to the competitive team requires permission from the coach and is not assured nor is it a requirement for participation in the Pre-team class. We do recommend coming on Fridays for the optional practice hour from 3:15-4:15 as a drop in/punch card class.
