Move and Groove: 6-Week Parent/Caregiver and Child Dance Session

Nutcracker Workshop and Performance
The “Mini Nutcracker Performance” is a special event where students will bring the magic of the Nutcracker to a nursing home audience. Here's an overview of what to expect:
Preparation:
Lessons: Students will have lessons to learn and perfect a short Nutcracker routine. These lessons will focus on essential choreography, character portrayals, and staging to ensure a polished performance.

Performance Details:
Date: December 15th at 2pm
Location: Hanover Hill Nursing Home in Manchester, NH
Audience: Residents of the nursing home, who will be treated to a heartwarming and festive display of dance.
Program Highlights:
Costumes: Students will wear their favorite holiday outfits
Connection: The performance aims to bring joy and holiday cheer to the nursing home residents, creating a festive atmosphere and connecting with the audience through the charm of the Nutcracker story.
Experience: Students will gain experience performing in a real-world setting, learning the importance of giving back to the community and the impact of their artistic expression.
