A ballet class for Teen/Adults who have had a year or two of previous training. We will start with a classic barre warmup learning positions and steps while engaging proper alignment. We will add centre floor work which will incorporate turns, jumps, and leaps. Form fitting clothes required, as well as pink ballet shoes.

This intro to dance will explore taps, and basic shuffles. We'll also learn musicality, expression and classroom etiquette through song & dance. We'll finish class by going to the mats for simple stretching and tumbling. This six week session is a great way to test the waters of dance without the long term commitment.

This is a new class geared towards boys and girls ages 2-5yr. This class is more of a free form class with somewhat less "structure" and more "play." A time to learn musicality by using props, music, play, and lots of movement. Barefoot, comfortable clothing and labeled water bottle.
