Ballet - 14+ (technique class)
In this 60-minute class, we will focus on classical ballet technique and progressions. Barre work, centre work and across the floor exercises will help dancers refine and build their technique, grow their confidence, and performance quality. Ballet provides students with the strength, coordination, flexibility, posture and stamina required for many other forms of dance and sport activities. This is a technique-only class and will not perform in the year-end recital. Previous experience is required to join this class.

This 30-minute class focuses on learning a variety of different jumps, leaps and turns. Dancers will build on existing technique and skills, advancing at their own pace to more challenging progressions. This is a technique-only class and will not perform in the year-end recital. Previous dance experience is required to join this class.

This 60-minute class focuses on developing both strength and flexibility. This class will include a variety of exercises to increase flexibility, core stability, cardio-vascular endurance and muscular strength. This is a technique-only class and will not perform in the year-end recital. Previous dance or conditioning experience is required to join this class.
