This is the perfect class for our 18 month to 2 year old dancers to Discover Dance! This class is a parent participation class.
Dress Code: Any clothes that are easy to move in. A leotard is great but so is a shirt and shorts. Bare feet are encouraged but ballet shoes are acceptable. No street shoes.

Petite Jazz & Ballet
This class is perfect for those in K through 2nd grade. Students will be building their confidence as they learn rhythmic patterns and develop their jazz technique!
Dress Code:
Girls: Blue leotard, pink tights with tan jazz shoes and pink ballet shoes with elastic bands across the top of the foot. Dance skirts are optional. Hair must be secured out of the dancer’s face in a neat bun, braid or ponytail.
Boys: Solid colored T-shirt and pants or shorts (no sweatpants) with thin socks, black tap shoes & ballet shoes.

Pre-school tap and ballet is a combo class consisting of 20 mins of tap and 25 mins of ballet.
This program allows children to learn dance in a way to keep their attention. Taught in a nurturing environment; this class gives young students the basis to develop their love and appreciation of dance. This class teaches basic dance elements such as: basic dance steps, locomotor movement, limbering exercises, musical awareness, and creative expression and coordination skills. It also teaches listening skills to follow directions and teaches them about patterns and rhythms and teamwork as well as building confidence.

Classes usually begins with a warm-up including body conditioning, followed with technique, progressions and choreography.

This class follows the Acrobatic Arts syllabus that builds strong performers. We will focus on gaining body control, flexibility and strength as well as fundamental acrobatic technique that enhance their agility. Students will learn such things as handstands, chin and elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, and many others as the dancers progress to such things as specialty tricks. Ballet with Cecily Davis
An avid explorer of movement, Cecily spent her early years training at Southeastern School of Ballet, with summers at Ellison Ballet, Oklahoma City Ballet, Masterclasses in Prague, and The Big Muddy Dance Company. She is also an alum of the National Security Language Initiative for Youth, and attended their summer program at Moscow State Academy of Choreography (Bolshoi Ballet Academy) on full scholarship. During her time in Atlanta, Cecily has performed and choreographed for Dance Canvas, The Georgia Ballet, The Aurora Theatre, Atlanta Dance Collective’s FEMMEfest, Fly On A Wall’s “Excuse The Art”, and others. Additionally, Cecily was featured in a music video for singer/songwriter Nathan Colberg’s, “The Giver,” and recently performed for Compass Coaching Project in works by Dominic Walsh and former NDT dancer Shannon Alvis. Currently Cecily is in her 4th season with Gwinnett Ballet Theatre, and has been featured in numerous classical and contemporary works. Additionally, she will debut her first concert work, “Runs Toward Light” on the GBT company this February.

This is the perfect class for our 2- 3 year old dancers to Discover Dance! This class is a solo class without parents however we will ease into having no parents in the class as needed.
Dress Code: Any clothes that are easy to move in. A leotard is great but so is a shirt and shorts. Bare feet are encouraged but ballet shoes are acceptable. No street shoes.

Our instructor is certified in Rhythm Works Integrative Dance which is a groundbreaking rhythm and dance program designed for those with individual learning differences and abilities. This class is great for those with special needs. It will focus on gross and fine motor skills, body awareness, body control, social skills, strength, flexibility, focus, imitation, memory & recall coordination and so much more.
Experience a client-centered, sensorimotor activity that utilizes rhythm and dance to enhance foundational skill development across five developmental domains. Designed to cater to diverse learners with differential needs, our program provides a supportive and inclusive environment. Through the power of movement and rhythm, we aim to promote growth and progress in areas such as cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and communication development. Join us and embark on a transformative journey where dance becomes a catalyst for holistic development.
