Jazz dance mixed with beginner Acro.
Students will work on skills that meet them at their level. Some skills we develop are.. basket pose, bridge pose, barrel rolls, forward rolls, cartwheels, L Handstand. More advanced students will work on one handed cartwheels with a hurdle. Round offs and bridges or back walkovers may be started if applicable.
We ultimately work on strength, balance, rhythm and flexibility. Along with some pivots and jazz squares!
