Dance improvisation is the process of spontaneously creating movement. Development of movement material is facilitated through a variety of creative explorations including body mapping through levels, shape and dynamics schema. Dancers will learn the different techniques to find one's artistic voice and develop ways to better one's quality of movement, control, artistry and more.

Dancers will also build the fundamentals and explore new training methods for the three key elements of a dancer's technique, jumps, turns and extensions.
