Advanced Jazz Funk
Jazz class will focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz. Class curriculum is based on ballet technique layered with traditional jazz movement and includes a proper warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations. As students progress through each level curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate. Ages 3 to 18 years old. - $60 per mo

Introduces dancers to the jazz genre and basic technical skills. This class is built on a strong ballet foundation. Pre-Ballet
Ages from 3 to 5 years. This is a mommy and me class. A parent/guardian or another adult must participate in the class with the student. Students learn the basic dance terminology and movements of ballet. Their adult partner is there to help to position their arms, hands legs and feet in the proper positions to aid the student in beginning the muscle memorization process. Young dancers will learn the basic ballet steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement and gross motor skill development. Engaging music is used to get these little ones inspired to dance. The class includes a free dance period with students gets to make up their own choreography. $60 per mo

Intermediate Tumbling
This class has no prerequisites and is geared towards athletes with little to no previous tumbling experience. Athletes in Beginning class will learn: Students will learn; Basic body control Basic Strength exercises Basic Flexibility exercises Handstands Forward Rolls Backward rolls Cartwheels (Possibly) Bridges and kick overs (Possibly) back and front limbers Backbend Kick Overs Back Walkovers Front Walkovers Round-offs Beginning technique for Back Handsprings Ages 7-18

Lyrical class is designed for intermediate to advanced students with previous training in ballet. Students will explore partnering and weight sharing exercises combined with basic techniques and skills from ballet, jazz and modern. It emphasizes interpretation of music lyrics while telling a story with movement that can be fluid or abstract. As students progress through each level curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate. Ages 13 to 18 - $60 per mo

Intermediate/ Advance Hip Hop
Hip-hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing. Hip-hop incorporates a variety of old and new urban dance styles. The dancing represents body movements that go with the beat and rhythm of hip-hop music. Hip-hop dancing is very dynamic and helps the dancers improve flexibility develop body balance, and coordination. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. Hip-hop dance requires students to have the strength and stamina to successfully perform moves. Therefore class includes upper and lower body conditioning as well as a vigorous warm-up to help prepare students for more intense movements. This class is popular with both boys and girls and fills quickly. Ages 10 to18 Ages 6 to 9 may request an audition for this class. $60 per mo

Students will learn classical ballet techniques and terminology. Each class includes barre exercises, centre floor work, and across-the-floor combinations. The ballet curriculum is based on the Balanchine method of ballet. As students progress through each level curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate. Dancers will work to master level I curriculum to move on to level II with the instructor’s recommendation. This class is recommended for students 6 to 9 years of age. The age classification for this class is a place to start. Students are moved according to ability. $95 per mo

Ballet 2
Technique and Pre-pointe Students will learn classical ballet techniques and terminology. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work, and across-the-floor combinations. The ballet curriculum is based on Balanchine method of ballet. This class will take the skills learned in level I and build upon them to strengthen the dancer's precision and ability. Students will advance on to more difficult skills and utilize both barre and center floor work to improve their technique. Dancers must show proficiency and receive a recommendation to progress to this level. Students will be invited to begin pre-pointe work based on the instructor's evaluations. Recommended for student 10 to 13years of age. The age classification for this class is a place to start. Students are moved according to ability. $95 per mo
