Above the Barre
You must buy packages at the start of your attendance. We can not retroactively go back and credit you. Above The Barre fuses the best of ballet, strength, yoga, and Pilates. This new barre class will lift your buns and tone your abdominals. Join us for a 60-minute, three-phase workout: Dynamic warm-up—Creates heat throughout the body and prepares you for intense muscular work.<br> Standing strength segment—Tones the major muscle groups of the lower and upper body all while engaging your core.<br> Floor workout—Targets core muscles.<br> Above The Barre (ATB) challenges and sculpts the body without the risk of overuse injuries by allowing you to work within your own range of motion.This workout is intense, but we encourage you to join us no matter your skill or fitness level. Work barefoot for best results, but socks or shoes will work as well. Advanced Jazz Funk
Jazz class will focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz. Class curriculum is based on ballet technique layered with traditional jazz movement and includes a proper warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations. As students progress through each level curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate.

Intermediate Jazz Funk
This introductory class gives students the opportunity to experience lyrical dance, which combines techniques and skills from ballet, jazz and modern. Students will also explore how lyrical dance emphasizes interpretation of music lyrics to tell a story with movement that can be fluid or abstract.

Pre-Ballet
Ages 3-5 - This is a mommy and me class. A parent/guardian or other adult must participate in the class with the student. Students learn the basic dance terminology and movements. Their adult partner is there to help positing their arms, hands legs and feet in the proper positions to help begin the muscle memorization process.

Advanced Lyrical
Lyrical class is designed for intermediate to advanced students with previous training in ballet. Students will explore partnering and weight sharing exercises combined with basic techniques and skills from ballet, jazz and modern. It emphasizes interpretation of music lyrics while telling a story with movement that can be fluid or abstract. As students progress through each level curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate. Students must take this class in conjunction with ballet

Intermediate Lyrical
Intermediate Lyrical calls in an introductory class that gives students the opportunity to experience lyrical dance, which combines techniques and skills from ballet, jazz and modern. Hip Hop
Hip hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. Hip hop dance requires students to have the strength and stamina to successfully perform moves. Therefore class includes upper and lower body conditioning as well as a vigorous warm-up to help prepare students for more intense movements.

Students will learn classical ballet techniques and terminology. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work, and across-the-floor combinations. The ballet curriculum is based on Balanchine method of ballet. As students progress through each level curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate. The age classification for this class is a place to start. Students are moved according to ability.

Ballet 3
Instructor placement is required for this class. All pointe classes are designed for students with previous ballet training. Students will utilize previously learned ballet technique while working in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations. These exercises focus on strengthening the feet and ankles.
