This class has no prerequisites and is geared towards athletes with little to no previous tumbling experience. Students will learn; Basic body control Basic Strength exercises Basic Flexibility exercises Handstands Forward Rolls Backward rolls Cartwheels (Possibly) Bridges and kick overs (Possibly) back and front limbers Backbend Kick Overs Back Walkovers Front Walkovers Round-offs Beginning technique for Back Handsprings Ages 10-17
