This class uses creative movement and the child's natural ability to move in order to connect their movements with music and the rhythms within the music. We are working on gross motor skills such as hopping, jumping, skipping and balancing while doing so to music. We also introduce the basics of ballet which includes arm and leg positions, basic posture and some basic rhythms and terminology. This class ends with a quick introduction to TAP allowing the kids to explore rhythms using their own feet to make the sounds! With the kids being so young, they often set the pace as the instructor guides them through the class!!

MORNING Jr. Camp! 2024
Jr. Camp is a one week dance camp filled with DANCE, CRAFTS, and FUN! During out one week camp, dancers will explore movement of all kinds. Musical Theater, Ballet, Jazz, Modern and movement activities and games. We also have some fun dance crafts and sewing during our week of fun!
A snack will be provided.
Ages 5 (going into kindergarten next year) -11 (going into level 3B next year) are welcome in Jr. Camp. **REGISTRATION FEE GOES TOWARDS YOUR $180 CAMP TOTAL**

Senior Dance Intensive 2024!
Senior Dance Intensive 2024
Senior dance camp is a 1 week intensive study of various dance forms, history, and choreography methods. In the past, we have offered ballet, pointe, jazz, street dance, african, modern and more! Guest faculty will be announce closer to starting date! This is always an amazing week of dancing! Being fully immersed everyday allows for growth of each dancer!
This year we will be separating classes by ability / ages to allow for more personalized training! ***Registration fee will be applied to your $300 camp total***
MVBT dancers must be moving into level 4 next season (or older) in order to sign up for this camp
