Preschool (Petite)
Preschool class includes ballet and tap. Students will learn to shuffle and plié in addition to other dance skills all while making new friends, learning how to participate in a class, and bouncing around to their favorite songs! Dancers will focus on movement, rhythm and flexibility. Children will be encouraged to express their creativity through movement, music and play. Dancers will begin floor work, participate in across-the-floor drills and organized stretching.

Petite 1
Our Petite 1 dancers receive a taste of all three basic styles of dance: Ballet, Tap & Jazz. Dancers continue the basics in ballet barre and center work, the rhythm and syncopation of tap sounds, and the basic technical skills required of a jazz dancer. These classes are designed to enhance body awareness, coordination and self-expression. Students will become more familiar with dance vocabulary and discipline while learning in a fun, uplifting environment.

Kinderdance (Petite)
Students in Kinderdance will incorporate all lessons learned in the Preschool class, with additional development of basic dance skills. Dancers will have continued focus on movement, rhythm and flexibility, providing enough challenges for continued growth as a dancer and student!

Contemporary 2
Contemporary dance blends technique with creativity and expression. Our Contemporary classes incorporate Graham, Humphrey, Limon and Cunningham techniques. Dancers will explore a variety of movements and techniques throughout warm up and combinations suitable for beginner through advanced students. Some lyrical styles of dance will also be introduced.

Elite 2
Elite classes are for students who have completed Petite 1 or enroll with the required skill set to be an Elite dancer. The ballet barre will be expanded upon for use of teaching technique, alignment and placement. Various barre warm-ups will be taught in order to introduce new movements and increase technique and flexibility. Our tap program continues to work on movements and timing. Short combinations, across the floor drills and simple time steps will be taught that will incorporate previously learned tap movements. Our jazz program is designed to build upon movements the students have already learned. Students will add new leaps and turns and perform across the floor drills designed to incorporate previous knowledge with new movements.

Kid Fitness 3-6
Kid Fitness classes are designed for kids to have fun with circuit training and games, develop skills to increase strength, balance and cardio capacity through the art of play. Kid fitness helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity and coordination. No recital or costume

Tiny Dancers (Petite)
This class will focus on creative movement, which builds on the necessary gross motor skills needed for primary dance instruction. We use fun, upbeat music to learn basic skills like hopping, skipping, jumping, galloping and balance coordination. Primary goals for Tiny Dancers include engagement in dramatic music movement, development of enjoyment for music and maintaining positive self-image. Basic ballet terms and steps are taught along with creative movement and basic tumbling skills. Props will be used to keep students interested and excited for dance. This class also introduces young dancers to many new life lessons such as taking turns, listening, following directions and making new friends!

Pointe - Beginner/Intermediate
:: Dancers must have teacher’s permission to enroll in either Pointe class :: Dancers must have had ballet training for at least one year and be at least 10 years of age. For the safety of the dancer, teacher recommendation is required for pointe shoes and the dancer must show strength in both the core and ankles to prevent injury. Dancers also must be able to hold their placements at the barre and center positions.
