Standard classes with The Dance Ability Movement are generally offered in either 8-class blocks or 25-class blocks depending on the season you are registering for. Any special/new class offerings may vary slightly in class amounts.

DE Technique Class (Elements of Dance)
This 30-minute class will focus entirely on the development of the dancer's understanding and execution of the Elements of dance: body, action, rhythm, space, and quality of movement. We will be providing corrections and feedback to dancers, to focus on improving and refining technique and performance skills. There is no choreography or performance for this class. The cost of the pilot class this year will be $195 + HST. There will be one instructor for the class each week (typically Mallory, but Jade, Kayla and Devon will all be back-up instructors and may rotate to teach new areas of technique and skill).

DE FIT & FUN CLASS
*NEW CLASS* You've asked, and we've created! - only $14/Class, OR $7 per person when the parent joins too! This Fitness class will be led by Miss Kayla Little, certified Personal Trainer! It is open to our Teen/Adult dancers registered in the Hip Hop Class, and PARENTS TOO! Sign your dancer up and let us know if you (the parent/guardian) wishes to participate as well! (One parent/guardian per dancer per class.). For parents of dancers in other classes who want to join, let us know and we can work it out! Each week Miss Kayla will take the group through some movement, balance, coordination, and strength exercises to help keep everyone healthy and feeling good! Many parents join us at the studio to wait while their dancers class is on, now you too can join in on the ACTION! Bring your work-out gear, indoor running shoes, and a water bottle. This new FITNESS class will bring the FUN with FRIENDS and FAMILY to help enhance FUNCTION for a healthy FUTURE! (Non-recital class)
