Aerial Lyra is a hoop that suspends in the air. Graceful positions and transitions will be explored. Available for any skill level from total beginner to the most advanced athlete. Students will gain incredible strength, definition and skill. Classes focus first on stretch and strength conditioning and then students will learn a range of movements and poses. As students advance, so will the skill level taught.
These students will work to gain certification to the next level as the semester ends to go to the next level and also have performances throughout the year.

Aerial silks transforms dance from the floor to the air. Chiffon-like material hangs from the ceiling to the floor. The aerialist will pose, dance, glide, wrap, unwrap and drop through the air. Classes for all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Students gain incredible strength, definition and skill. Classes focus on stretch and strength conditioning for the first 30 minutes, and then students will learn aerial movements, poses and climbs. As students advance so will the skill level taught.
