This class will include a more formal and traditional introduction to classical ballet technique with an approach that is fun and engaging. We will also introduce tap concepts and follow a structured format. Your child will get to use their knowledge from Creative Dance and build on their vocab and skills!

We are excited to collaborate with local San Pedro sports professionals to provide the best to our growing and aspiring dancers. Dancers will receive a variety of instructors for this class. They will alternate between stretch class every other week with Strength and Conditioning with Dr. Bay, and group training with weights, bands, etc. at West Coast Barbell.
Drop-Ins are allowed at a $35/class rate if space is available.
Instructors: Dr. Bay, Jeff & Kelly Aguirre, Catalina, Pop-Up instructors for Pilates or Yoga.
Requirements: Parents need to sign waivers for both San Pedro Physical Therapy and West Coast Barbell to participate in this class.

Dancers work on several rotations including: tumbling exercises, strength training, & flexibility!

Dancers will begin with a basic warm-up, stretch, go across the floor and learn basic combinations.
