Aerial Silks is a compliment to acrobatic study. Beginner Silks Class is designed for intro and beginner level students ages 8+ who can do at least 1 split and a backbend. You will learn how to safely build your foundation of aerial training by learning on the ground and then bringing it up in the air. This class will learn Basic climbs, foot locks, simple sequences and split poses in an upright posture (nothing upside down). Classes include warm ups, stretching and conditioning. This class is great for building upper body strength, coordination and body awareness.
