Acro 1 (ages 7-12)
Acro dance focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance by combining tumbling skills with flexibility training and dance vocabulary. Students will learn how to take care of their body in order to safely perform tricks such as cartwheels, handstands, and bridges, and improve back and split flexibility. Acro dance combines the elegance of ballet with the energy of jazz and the fun of acrobatics! For ages 3-6, 7-12, and 13 & UP. No previous dance experience is needed.
Acro dance focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance by combining tumbling skills with flexibility training and dance vocabulary. Tap is a lively, highly entertaining style of dance providing great benefits to the dancer’s body including; increased muscular strength, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, and enhanced cognitive abilities. Our tap classes combine traditional tap with innovative choreography helping our dancers to gain a strong sense of rhythm and timing. We offer classes from beginning through advanced, including beginner and intermediate teen/adult classes.

Ballet is the foundation of all technical dance forms. Our ballet classes will incorporate the fundamentals of classical ballet education including terms and definitions. As we focus on flexibility, strength, and coordination, our dancers will learn proper feet and arm placement, balance and control, leaps, jumps, directional changes and weight transfers. Each class will incorporate barre, across the floor, and center floor choreography.

Pointe All Levels
For our more advanced dancers, pointe class shares all of the elements of our leveled ballet classes with a special emphasis on pointe shoes. Proper form, strength, and grace are developed through extensive barre work, progressing to movement across and center floor.
*Students must be 12+, enrolled in Level 3 ballet or higher, and previously enrolled in a pre-pointe class. Students must receive instructor approval in order to participate in pointe.
