Moana/Mulan Theatre Camp with Emma
This theatre camp is a coordinated effort with Ovation Performing Arts and Emma Spooner, a senior at Xavier Charter School. This camp will feature the songs "I'll Make a Man Out of You" from Mulan and "You're Welcome" from Moana. This workshop will be led by Emma under the mentorship of Emily Johnson and all proceeds will go toward scholarships for future theatre students in Ovation Performing Arts' theatre program.

Students will then run tech for the Summer Intensive production of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical.

On Stage KIDS is a performance class and is a beginner class for those wishing to go on to Ovation On Stage. This class will educate students on the basics of theatre and the process of preparing a musical for performance. Students will learn confidence, team work and problem solving as they develop their characters and learn lines, staging, music, dance and about all the elements that make a successful show! This class will run all season (September-April) and we will hold auditions during class for Willy Wonka KIDS!
Class runs September 5th-April 5th.

This class will prepare and perform Descendants the musical, on stage at the end of the semester. Ovation On Stage is designed to educate the whole performer. Acting, singing, dancing, character development, musicianship! We strive to develop a cast that is supportive and encouraging of students at every level. Students must be registered to secure an audition time.
Class runs September-January.
