Yoga For Dancers (5/13)
This yoga class is specifically tailored towards dancers; this vinyasa class will explore hip opening postures and spinal twists. This flow focuses on self-love, self-compassion, and body acceptance. This is a safe place for dancers to unwind and explore movement outside of the confines of dance technique. Class is intended for dancers 14+.

Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Additional mats will be supplied on a first com, first served basis. Masks are required to enter DOLP and will be worn for the duration of class.

This Ballet Class focuses on the intermediate ballet steps and techniques all dancers should be familiar with. These foundations set your dancer up for the flexibility, strength, and techniques necessary for a dancer to continue their dance journey in a safe and healthy way. Dancers will learn ballet terminology while exploring muscle memory development through flexibility and strength training, imagery exercises, and self expression in a safe, body positive, and inclusive environment. This class is perfect for dancers ages 9-12 years of age and serve as the prerequisite to Ballet L 5/6.

Conditioning/Flexibility (Senior)
Advanced Conditioning and Flexibility work for Dancers needing to progress in stamina, flexibility, and strength. Students use HIIT workouts, aerobics, advanced stretching techniques, weight and resistance band training to further develop their body control. Dancers should attend class with a personal water bottle.
