L1/2 Ballet
This Ballet Class focuses on the foundational ballet steps and techniques all dancers should be familiar with. These foundations set your dancer up for the flexibility, strength, and techniques necessary for a young dancer to begin their dance journey in a safe and healthy way. Dancers will learn ballet terminology while exploring muscle memory development through play, imagery exercises, and self expression in a safe, body positive, and inclusive environment. This class is perfect for dancers ages 6-8 years of age and serve as the prerequisite to Ballet L 3/4.

Beginner Clogging
This introductory Clogging Class is for the absolute beginner. This class is the Prerequisite to L1/2 Clogging. The class is taught by the incredible Miss Morgan Mallum, an award winning Clogging Champion who has traveled Europe with the Celtic Dance Tour. Dancers will focus on foundational steps, and clogging techniques.

L1/2 Clogging
This Clogging Class is for those who have completed "Beginner Clogging." This Class is the Prerequisite to L3/4 Clogging. The class is taught by the incredible Miss Morgan Mallum, an award winning Clogging Champion who has traveled Europe with the Celtic Dance Tour. Dancers will focus on secondary Clogging steps and techniques, with review of basic clogging review from the Beginner Clogging Class to ensure proper techniques and building blocks that will allow students to progress into the next clogging levels.

This class is perfect for dancers ages 12-15 years of age and serve as the prerequisite to Ballet L 7/8.

Conditioning/Flexibility (Senior)
Advanced Conditioning and Flexibility work for Dancers needing to progress in stamina, flexibility, and strength. Students use HIIT workouts, aerobics, advanced stretching techniques, weight and resistance band training to further develop their body control. Dancers should attend class with a personal water bottle.
