A ground-breaking rhythm & dance program designed for those with learning differences and special needs.
The program uses fun and functional dance steps that mimic everyday life. Although taught with a hip hop flare, movement can be adjusted to fit any style! Rhythm Works Integrative This dance class is a class that focuses on foundational skill development, self-empowerment, independence and celebrating our diversity. Students will work on their Gross Motor Skills, Fine Motor Skills, Cognitive Processing, Memory & Recall, Executive Function, Motor Planning, Motor Execution, Social Skills, Strength, Flexibility, Body/Self Awareness, Expressive Language, Receptive Language, Force Grading Control, Focus, Imitation, Ideation, and Coordination
