Intermediate jumps, leaps and turns class for students ages 10-14. Students should have a minimum of a clean double piroutte and grande jete leap. Students should be working on improving pirouttes, foutes, and a la secondes in both technique and number of rotations as well perfecting second leaps and learning new styles of switch leaps.

Students should have a single piroutte and will work on spotting, strength, and balancing drills to improve turn technique and increase the number of rotations. 4 week All Boys Beginner acrobatics class for students ages 6-10. No acrobatics or gymnastics experience required. Students will work on basic acro skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and round offs as well as exercises to increase strength and flexibility through a fun obstacle course style. Adult Aerial Yoga (ages 18 & up)
4 week Adult aerial yoga class for students ages 18 and up. No experience required- floor yoga experience helpful. Aerial yoga is a form of yoga that uses a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to perform similar movements and shapes you would normally practice in a floor yoga class. The purpose of the hammock is to provide support through your yoga flow, while also improving flexibility and range of motion. The hammock also takes pressure off areas of the body like the head and shoulders, allowing you to reach those more difficult poses like headstands and inversions with greater ease. This class promotes body realignment and centering of the mind. Aerial yoga is fun and challenging, but also restorative and relaxing. Bare feet, long sleeve leotard or fitness shirt and leggings to ankle required- no jewelry- abdomen and arm pits must be covered- hair must be pulled back- long hair in a bun or braid. Dates: May 12,19, 26 & June 2

Students should already be able to hold a 20-30 second handstand independently, hand walk at least 10 steps, strong elbow stands 20-30 seconds long, and be proficient in front and back walkovers.
