Pre Junior Acro
**Dancers are highly encouraged to take a Ballet class in addition to their Acro class**

Pre-Junior Acro is for students that are 5-6 years old or must have teacher approval to join. Pre-Junior Acro is an “in-between” level that bridges the gap between KinderAcro and the Junior Division. Students will learn Developmental Tricks to set up their training foundation, plus Body Positions, Jumps, and Motor Skills.

Beginning Hip Hop
Beginning Hip Hop will introduce young students to the history of Hip Hop culture with basic moves. The style surrounds the movements of break dancing and body popping with a concentration on footwork. The focus of this class is to build a solid foundation to execute popular dance moves to original choreography. This will include isolations, hard-hitting exercises and a breakdown of the highly energetic routine to build stamina and musicality.

Intermediate Hip Hop
Intermediate Hip Hop continues to build open the basic principles of hip-hop dance and teaches age-appropriate choreography. Dancers will learn about the culture of hip-hop and all of its elements including basic footwork, freezes and more.

Ballet Conditioning
This Ballet Conditioning Class is for dancers that are in Ballet 1, Ballet 2, Mini Company, Junior Company and Senior Company.

This Conditioning Class will help dancers gain proper strength to help them progress in their dance classes. Dancers will learn how to properly engage their muscles in a variety of different exercises that will allow them to be able to work towards higher level dance elements.

Bronze Acro
**Dancers are highly encouraged to take a Ballet class in addition to their Acro class**


Junior Acro is for students that are 6+ or must have instructor approval to enroll in the class.
In Junior Acro, students will learn body positions and start working towards Junior Level Acro tricks that consist of front and back walkovers, handstands, cartwheels, etc. Junior Acro consists of 3 levels. Students must complete all 3 levels in order to move on to more intermediate and advanced level Acro skills.

Pre Ballet and Acro Combo
The Pre Ballet portion of this class will give your little dancer a basic introduction to ballet steps and positions, while enhancing their motor skills and coordination with fun exercises in music qualities and rhythms, story-telling with movement, and free dance with various props. Introduce your little dancer to the beautiful art of ballet!

The Pre Acro portion of this class is for dancers aged 2-4 and will develop their gross and fine-motor skills; explore foundational acro positions; learn how to follow instructions from a teacher, take turns and have fun in the studio.

This Jazz Leaps and Turns class will be taught with a world-class curriculum from Dance Labs. This class will start by teaching the proper body positions for a wide variety of Leaps and Turns. This class will be able to help dancers expand their dance vocabulary and will allow them to perform a variety of leaps and turns in their other dance classes.

Ballet 1 will promote “feeling before form” where the children are unafraid to try out new sensations of spinning, leaping and balancing. Musically inspired exercises motivate students to acquire a well-rounded understanding of ballet and character and promote joy in movement, sense of dance and performance quality. The music for Ballet 1 is a glorious collection of three centuries of dance music. Ballet encourages self-discipline and self-expression, developing listening skills, encouraging children to follow instruction, learning to work as an individual and in groups, developing coordination, good posture, strength and suppleness. Ballet also provides a nurturing environment for the development of artistry and musical appreciation.

Dancers will learn body positions and start working towards Acro tricks that consist of front and back walkovers, handstands, cartwheels, etc. This class has room to move into levels 3 and 4 Acrobatic skills.

Preschool Acro
Preschool Acro is for students that are 4-5 years old.
In our Preschool Acro, Students will develop gross and fine-motor skills and control, learn introductory acro body shapes and tricks and develop kinesthetic awareness. At the same time, children will learn how to be in a class, and develop their focus, listening and cooperative skills.

This Production Choreo class is for a big dance production number. Ms. Erin has a FABULOUS plan for this big dance number. You don't want to miss out on what she's planning. It will be so much fun! This production number will be going to a competition in March that will be located in Richland. Recreational and Competitive Dancers are encouraged to participate!
