BODY AWARENESS INTENSIVE - AGES 6-11
JULY 11 - 14 : Body Awareness Intensive*
This intensive focuses on cross training for dancers. Curriculum encompasses strength, stability, flexibility, and mobility work fusing yoga, pilates, and Progressing Ballet Technique. Class props such as yoga blocks, bands, weights, and balls are required for each student. A full list will be made available to you at registration.
Please bring water and snack. Break(s) will be built into class schedule.
