Hip Hop Music Video Intensive (2nd-5th Grade)
Warmup, technique, and choreography will be taught before it is lights, camera, action in this fun intensive for dancers in grades 2nd-5th! Dancers will need loose-fitting attire, clean sneakers (shoes that have not been worn outside), and hair pulled back out of their face.

Acro Intensive: Aerial & Back Handsprings
During the 3-days, dancers will work on conditioning, with a focus on acro specific conditioning and stretching, building core strength, flexibility and coordination.

They will develop strength and flexibility required to progress their acro training safely, through the progressions for each acro element. Dancers attending this intensive must have acro experience and be able to hold focus during the 3-hour class.

Dancers will work to achieve their walkover variations, advanced balance variations, and aerial, back handspring, and tinsica skills.

PREREQUISITE: Dancers must be able to back walkover, recover from a bridge, inside out bridge, advanced balances (elbow stand, chest stand), one-handed cartwheels.

Dancers must be a minimum age of 7 years old.

Acro Intensive: Progressions
During the 3-days, dancers will work on conditioning, with a focus on flexibility and strength, and daily work on balancing, limbering and tumbling.

They will develop strength and flexibility required to progress their acro training safely, through the progressions for each acro element. Dancers attending this intensive must have acro experience and be able to hold focus during the 3-hour class. This is not a summer camp but an intensive training.

Dancers will work to achieve their back bend, bridge recover, front/back walkovers, various balance poses (headstand, elbow stand, handstands, chest stands), one-handed cartwheels, and beginner Arabian skills.

PREREQUISITE: Dancers must be able to support their own body weight and should be able to complete elements, such as bridges, handstands, cartwheels.

Dancers must be a minimum age of 7 years old.
