Baton Twirling and Acrobatic Dance Camp
Ages 6+, Monday-Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm
Back by popular demand, Baton Twirling and Acrobatic Dance Camp! This camp features beginner to intermediate baton twirling lessons (outside as weather permits) as well as training in acrobatic-dance, including strengthening, flexibility, tumbling and balancing fun! With three separate levels, this camp will keep your dancer busy and send them home tired!
We have guest artists to perform and educate in other baton styles, including fire baton, knives, glow batons and rifles, as well as aerial acrobatics and rhythmic gymnastics.
Camp Registration includes camp tank top, baton rental (if a student does not have a baton of their own) and DBE Diamonds (our baton twirling performance team) audition fee. Auditions held on Thursday, June 8. Camp Registration also includes Baton Arts and Acrobatic Arts exam fees and exams on Friday. Exams available for all level of student and promote proper training and understanding in the arts!
*Register for the full camp by April 1 and pay an in full price of $250 (Regular Full Camp Price of $300). Registration opens January 15!

This student level ballet class follows the Cecchetti Method of Ballet set by the Cecchetti Council of America. For students on a more serious track, the two lower student grades will develop proper placement of torso, hips, and legs without exceeding anatomical limitations. The coordination of arms and head are developed with a concentration on smooth transitions throughout the exercises.
Dress Code Option 1:
Solid leotard (colors ok, must not have distracting printed designs), tights (classical pink or dancer's skin tone), optional chiffon ballet wrap skirt, pink or dancer's skin tone ballet shoes (stretch canvas preferred)
Dress Code Option 2:
Black tights or dance shorts, white or black fitted shirt, dance belt, black ballet shoes (stretch canvas preferered)
All hair must be in a neat bun, off of the face and neck.
