Tiger Tots
Our Tiger Tots team is for athletes ages 18 months - 3 years old. This intro to cheerleading will focus on teaching the newest athletes coordination and balance. Our Tiger Tots will start to develop independence while learning to follow directions and cooperation. This team will practice 1 day per week for 30 mins (Date/Time TBD) starting in September and will continue until May. Tiger Tots will have 1 performance at our Showcase in May. This program will consist of 9 monthly payments (Sept - May) of $50 and will include their performance attire. Cubs
Our Cubs team is for athletes ages 3 - 4 years old. This intro to cheerleading will focus on teaching the basics of the sport. Cubs will learn and perform a 1:30 min routine. This team will practice 1 day per week for 90 mins (Date/Time TBD) starting in September and will continue until May. Cubs will have 4 performances. This program will consist of 9 monthly payments (Sept - May) of $85 and will include their performance attire. Once athletes have the fundamentals down, they are ready to start handsprings. Perfecting the handspring is a major milestone in tumbling and this class is designed just for that. Intro to Tumbling
This beginner class introduces students to basic gymnastic and cheer terms and skills such as the forward and backward roll, handstand, bridge and back bends, cartwheel, and round-off. Students will learn to perform all these skills and more in synchronization to counts. Disclaimer: Classes will require a minimum of 5 athletes. Classes may be combined and adjusted. Tiny Tumble is a specially designed class that focuses on preschool age tumbling learning. Tiny tumble students will learn basic tumble skills including forward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, handstands,standing back bends and an intro into back walkovers. Tiny tumble is arranged to keep this age busy and moving while developing physical strength and more complex coordination. Disclaimer: Classes will require a minimum of 5 athletes. Flex & Fly
This 60 minute stretching class will focus on the proper techniques of stretching the right, left, and middle splits, proper back flexibility, and proper shoulder flexibility! Stretching is not only beneficial for jumps and flyer flexibility, but it also reduces the overall risk of injury for athletes in our recreational tumbling classes. During this class your athlete may also work on the proper body positions for the liberty, scorpion, scale, heel stretch, front stretch, bow-&-arrow, and arabesque!

Tucks & Up
This is the class for tumblers who are working on Round Off Tucks, Round Off Handspring Tucks and advanced tumbling skills such as standing tucks, layouts, fulls and connecting these skills with existing skills. As in all of our tumble classes, coaches will work with their students to perfect their existing skills while helping them achieve new skills! ***Athletes MUST have a solid unassisted Standing Back Handspring and a solid unassisted Round Off 2 Back Handsprings to register.
