This program will promote early development and provide a strong foundation for your childʼs critical first three years. We offer children and young adults (ages 5-55) with special needs the opportunity to participate in a sport that otherwise might not be available to them. This program builds teamwork, confidence, commitment, pride, leadership and fitness. It is a chance for these athletes to share the stage, and HAVE FUN!!

Our newest team is a great way to continue your cheerleading experience and work with other talented and dedicated athletes who are college age and above! $75/month (plus the cost of the uniform) All athletes must be at least 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2018.

Half Year Team Placements
This class is to register for the 2017-2018 Half Year Cheerleading Teams. Everyone makes a team. Team Placements will be held to register and evaluate each individual cheerleader. There will be a $10 Registration Fee for each athlete. Evaluations can be based on age, skill level (tumbling), maturity, etc. We will be available for evaluations on Saturday, October 14th from 10:00am - 2:00pm and Wednesday, October 18th from 6:00pm -9:00pm.. For evaluations: Pick one day to come in, fill out the paperwork, get sized for a uniform, and have your athlete evaluated. The entire process shouldn't take more than 1 hour. Private evaluations are available. Each athlete will have an $800 Season + $150 Uniform + $30 USASF membership. Sibling Discounts and Payment Plans are available. Fundraising is also available through the Booster Club. Practice will begin the week of November 13, 2018. Practices will be 2 days/week for 1.5 hours. Days/Times/Teams TBD

Back Handsprings
***To enroll in the class, athletes MUST already have mastered a ROUND OFF, HAND STAND, and BACK WALKOVER*** This class is for students who have a basic knowledge of tumbling. Students participating in this class must already be able to perform a round off, hand stand, and back walkover. Students will successfully master the round-off back handspring and a standing back handspring, and a front handspring. Students will also begin connecting front tumbling to their round-off back handspring. Students will begin skills that will help their bodies develop into strong tumblers and cheerleaders, performing all skills in synchronization to counts.

***To enroll in the class, athletes MUST already have mastered a CARTWHEEL, HAND STAND, and BACK BEND*** This intro class is a great way to learn a strong tumbling foundation. The athlete will begin skills that will help their bodies develop to be a strong tumbler and cheerleader. The athlete will be able to perform all skills in synchronization to counts.

This beginner class introduces students to basic gymnastic and cheer terms and skills such as the forward and backward roll, handstand, bridge and back bends, cartwheel, and round-off. Students will learn to perform all these skills and more in synchronization to counts.

The athlete will begin skills that will help their bodies develop to be a strong tumbler and cheerleader. The athlete will be able to perform skills in synchronization to counts. Class is time is spent focusing on proper training and drills for a back tuck. It is crucial at this point to build strength and jumping ability to successfully master the back tuck+.

VIBE Dance

Preschool Dance
Preschool Dance is a 45 minute class where students receive basic dance instruction with emphasis on coordination, rhythm and timing. The class is dedicated to Ballet and Creative Movement. They learn basic dance steps; develop rhythm, timing and coordination while working on their large motor skills. Music, Movements, Costumes and Choreography are age appropriate and modest. This is a very fun and creative class. Children are taught in a positive atmosphere with a ballet-based syllabus. Students will participate in the end of year performance.

Hip Hop
Our Hip Hop students receive instruction with emphasis on various modern styles of hip hop. Students will learn basic dance movements and skills while gaining knowledge of dance terminology in an upbeat fun atmosphere. Students will begin with a warm up, learn skills and technique in the center, across the floor and finish class by working on a routine or short combination. Students will participate in the end of year performance.

Lyrical
Lyrical dance is a dance style that blends elements of ballet and jazz dance. Lyrical dance is generally a little more fluid than ballet and also somewhat faster -- although not as rapidly executed as jazz dance. Lyrical dance is also somewhat smoother and a bit faster than ballet, but not quite as fast as jazz. Students will participate in the end of year performance.

Pom
Poms is designed for the dancer who is interested in combining dance skills with energy and enthusiasm. Each class begins with a warm-up and stretching section to improve flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. This class introduces poms movement and terminology as well beginning jumps, leaps and turns Students will participate in the end of year performance.
