If you have ever thought "I wish I was more flexible . . .", this is the class for you! This is great for our Pole, Lyra and Aerial Silks dancers to get nicer lines and positions while up in the air. It's also a great class to promote body awareness and get a greater range of motion through all joints, which will prevent injury. Stretching and Conditioning is suitable for all fitness (and flexibility) levels, so come on in and stretch with us! Note: Please wear socks. Please wear warm clothes in winter.

Intermediate Circus
Intermediate Circus is our program for children 9yrs - 14yrs. Children will enjoy the physical and social benefits of circus, tumbling and music in a safe, caring, positive and informal environment. Intermediate Circus will progress aerial skills, including Aerial Silks, Lyra, Trapeze and more! With a real focus on learning through play, the unique Kids Circus syllabus offers four key stages of circus classes, where every child can build their confidence and social skills, learning manners, discipline and respect. Students will develop their basic acrobatic technique, coordination, musicality, balance, posture and rhythm. Give your child the chance to learn at Kids Circus Perth, where there's always a warm and friendly welcome - come and join the circus!
