In this 1-hour session, students learn stage direction, theater terms, how to take their dance performance to the next level through acting, and fundamentals of jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop dance.
The benefits of this class stretch beyond those related to the performing arts as a profession. Students not only acquire skills of a professional artist, but also confidence for the classroom, that could one day transfer to the Board Room, self-discipline, determination, and task management.
Students will have a chance to perform in the annual "Dancical" production.
