Name

Spring registration is for 15 private lessons. Cost is $525 due up front or in 5 monthly installments of $105. Autopay is required to register. 30min lessons are $35 each. Your commitment is for the spring semester as this is a 1:1 class. Participation in the Magnify Music recital on May 9th is optional. If you do not make your assigned time, we will be able to offer some makeups. Makeups do not carry over into the next semester. If you paid a registration fee for the fall 2023 season previously and are charged again, let us know & we will credit your account after you register.

Recital is optional but recommended on May 9th at 7pm at CFBC in the Chapel.

Attendance Policies:
All private lessons are scheduled through the Magnify software according to the instructor’s schedule and classroom availability and a parent must stay in or outside of the room with the student during each lesson.
24 hours notice must be given for absences to be excused and two excused absences per semester may be made up. If less than 24 hours notice is received, the absence is considered unexcused and the lesson will not be made up, except for emergencies as agreed upon by the parent, teacher and Magnify.
There are no refunds.
Instructors are under no obligation to make up a lesson due to student’s tardiness. If student is running late, they are to make every effort to contact the instructor and/ Magnify to secure their scheduled lesson. The instructor is under no obligation to extend lessons that begin late due to student tardiness.
If an instructor is late, the lesson time will be extended, and the other students will be informed of a later start time to accommodate. The expectation however, is that all teachers run on time.
If a student’s schedule changes during the semester and their lesson time no longer works, permanent rescheduling is subject to the instructor’s availability and may not be able to be accommodated.
If a student no longer wants to continue lessons, they are required to notify Magnify via email 30 days in advance. Students are responsible for all lesson fees for that term. No refunds.
If an instructor needs to be absent or cancel a lesson due to illness, extreme emergency or death in the family, that lesson will be made up within the same semester based on Magnify’s make-up policy.
