Dancers will engage in a 6 week class program where they will learn the introduction to ballet. They will learn to gallop and twirl to music, learn the basic ballet positions of ballet with their feet and arms, and engage with other children their own age.

Dancers will engage in a 6 week class program where they will learn the first steps to jazz dance. Stretching is very important in this style so dancers will begin each class with a stretch including body isolations, splits and floor leg exercises. Dancers will learn steps like skips, gallops as well as an introduction to leaps and turns to upbeat music.

This is a high energy, fun class for pre-teen aged dancers.

Boys learn differently than girls and at CM Dancing we like to give the boys that extra push as well as confidence to learn at their own pace. The breakdancing makes it extra fun!

Using their own individual mat, dancers will work on their personal flexibility, upper body strength as well as body control. They will learn both floor gymnastic and jazz skills in this class. Some acro skills include: back bridge, handstand, cartwheels, headstand and much more.

Using their own individual mat, these tiny dancers will learn the basics to tumbling including somersaults and bunny hops. They will practice their balance on our mini beam and well as build their confidence to try progress to the more advanced tricks in the next level up.

Dancers will engage in a 6 week class program where they will learn acro skills. Using their own individual mats, dancers will work on their personal flexibility, upper body strength and core control. Some acro skills in this class include: back bridge, forward and backwards somersaults and straddle rolls, cartwheels and headstands.

Dancers will engage in a 6 week class program where they will learn Jazz technique and progressions. Stretching is an important part of the Jazz Syllabus. Each class will start off with a stretch including body isolations, splits and leg exercising. Dancers will also learn progressions across the floor including skills like pirouettes and split jumps.

For Ages 4-5 years.
Dancers will engage in a 6 week class program where they will learn the basics to acro. Using their own individual mats, dancers will begin to gain confidence and over come their fears while mastering somersaults (forwards and backwards), back brings and cartwheels. Dancers will also start strengthening their upper bodies for the preparation for handstands and tripods.
