Advanced Ballet
Advanced ballet maintains a strong focus on proper alignment and use of technique while dancers work on movements and combinations with a higher level of difficulty. Students work at the barre, across the floor, and on center floor combinations.
*Ballet is a base technique that gives students the tools to succeed in all styles of dance. Ballet develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall body control needed for all dancers.

Advanced Jazz
Advanced Jazz is a fun class that allows students to use their style, rhythm, musicality, and technique to perform leaps, turns, and energetic, complex combinations of movement. Jazz styles can vary from Broadway to Pop to Lyrical and more.

Int Ballet ages 8-12
Intermediate Ballet is for students who have already been introduced to basic ballet techniques and movements and are ready for more challenging ballet combinations and movements.
*Ballet is a base technique that strengthens dancers for all types of dance.

This class will allow students to develop their rhythm and musicality as they reinforce basic steps and develop their ability to perform complex tap combinations.

Int/Adv Broadway Dance
Broadway Dance will combine both jazz and tap, while focusing on musical numbers and small acting scenes from Broadway musicals. This is an intermediate/advanced level class for students ages 8-18. Dancers need to have experience with both tap and jazz.

Advanced Contemporary
Advanced Contemporary is a modern based class that includes the use of some ballet, jazz, and acrobatic movements to explore a wide range of choreography. Dancers will work on the floor, at the barre, in center, and on the mats to develop the skills necessary to perform contemporary choreography. Dancers need approval to be placed in this level.
*Dancers utilize turners for this class as well as work barefoot.

Int/Adv Acro-ages 7-16
Intermediate Acro students will utilize mats as they work on exercises that build the strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and control needed to perform acrobatic movements. Students will be working on acrobatic movements including various rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, walkovers, and many more.

Creative Movement is a 45 minute class that exposes pre-k children to basic movements from various styles of dance while working on movements that develop a child's coordination/motor skills, strength, balance, and overall body control. Children will also develop their creativity as they improvise movements that express various ideas and themes used in class.

Beginner Ballet/Tap 4-6 yrs
Beginner Ballet/Tap teaches basic ballet and tap concepts and techniques. Students will work at the barre and in center floor to practice skills and build their fundamental ballet technique. They will learn to utilize their technique as they work on ballet combinations and practice dances for performance. They will also learn the basic steps that make up tap dance and learn to combine them over time.
