NCRD Bitsy Ballet
A half hour creative movement dance class that teaches young dancers basic ballet movement in a fun atmosphere while developing motor skills. This is often the first structured class many children will take. Our instructors create a positive environment while helping students understand the importance of proper behavior in class, as we recognize proper behavior and positive attitudes as important life skills and encourage them in all classes. Children are required to be potty-trained prior to enrollment of this class.

NCRD Basic Tumbling
An introductory class to Tumbling, students will learn the foundational technique of Tumbling skills including headstands, forward rolls, bridges, and handstands, while working on strength and flexibility.

A basic tumbling class that works on fine and gross motor skills, as well as balance, coordination, and flexibility for students ages 2-5.

Adult Ballet
Students in this class will be introduced to the Ballet basics, including stretching and balance. This class will also work on advancing the basics of Ballet technique, while working on flexibility and balance. A great way to exercise while having fun!

Students in this class are invited to perform in our annual Nutcracker and June recital performances, among others.

~ Dancing has been proven to increase cognitive acuity, energy, and serotonin, in all ages. Dancing also reduces stress and depression, while increasing mental capacity by exercising our cognitive processes. ~
