2023-2024 GCS Dance Season
Level II Musical Theatre Ages 13-18
We are so excited to be offering this new class this year for ages 8-12! Students will learn how to dance AND sing to a musical number. Professional singing coach and Ground Control clogging coach Becca Bastow will be instructing students on proper singing training, reading music and carrying your voice through dance movements. National Champion instructors/dancers and JIVE choreographers Adison and Hailey Hillstead will teach intermediate level choreography and partnering to compliment the song and give acting instruction along the way. It's going to be a blast!
***Costume Fee required. Dancers are recommended to have jazz shoes and character/ballroom shoes.

Level II Clogging (Ages 7-9+)
This class starts September 13th! Level II clogging is offered to students ages 7 to 9. Dancers will quickly learn the basics of clog dancing, while discovering balance, rhythm, and team building skills. Come have fun stomping your feet with us! This class runs September 13th, 2023-May 31st, 2024 and includes two recital performances. Tuition is $55 a month (we also offer sibling discounts!). A one time costume fee of $90 is due by September.
***Registration is $25 per dancer. Gently used clogging shoes are available throughout the year at Ground Control Studio. Brand new clogging shoes are available for purchase through Ground Control. $10-$85 for clogging shoes.

Level I Clogging (Ages 4-6)
This Level I Clogging class is offered to students ages 4 to 6. This is a great class for energetic little dancers who may love running around and tapping their toes! We teach early dance motor skills and introduce the basics of clog dancing, counting music and creating percussive rhythms. This class runs September-May or Febuary-May and includes one-two recital performances. Tuition is $45 a month (we also offer sibling discounts!). A one time costume fee of $90 is due after joining the class.
