PoleFit combines elements of dance, acro and gymnastics, both on and off the pole, to create a fun and unique workout that increases strength, flexibility, stamina and confidence. This is a short half Block course designed for beginners with little to no previous experience. You will learn basic spins, poses and floorwork, building a solid foundation of strength and coordination that can take you into the next level and beyond. Please bring water for hydration, a small towel to wipe your pole and wear exercise clothes with NO zips/metal details.

Please bring water for hydration, a small towel to wipe your pole, a notebook so you can record your progress and wear fitted exercise clothes (including short shorts) with NO zips/metal details.

This class runs for an entire Block (approx. 10 weeks) and is a combined Intermediate/Advanced level PoleFit class for students who have experience with inverting and a solid range of Intermediate Skills. Admission to this class is at the discretion of the class instructor. Students will learn increasingly challenging moves as well as continuing to add to their repertoire of poses, tricks, combos and flow with a focus on working together in pairs, either with synchronisation or base/flyer scenarios. Please bring water for hydration, a small towel to wipe your pole, a notebook so you can record your progress and wear fitted exercise clothes (including crop tops and short shorts) with NO zips/metal details.

Also known as anti-gravity or suspended yoga, Aerial Yoga combines aspects of Yoga, Pilates and Aerial Arts in a workout that is designed to increase strength, mobility and flexibility as well as centre the mind and ease stress. Via the use of a supportive Aerial Yoga Hammock, poses that may be difficult to accomplish on the floor as well as variations of those poses are, instead, performed in the air. This is a short half Block course - No Previous Experience Needed Please bring water for hydration and wear form-fitting clothes that cover the underarms, the back of the knees and have NO zips/metal details.
