Aerial Yoga (Mon)
Also known as anti-gravity or suspended yoga, Aerial Yoga combines aspects of Yoga, Pilates and Aerial Arts in a workout that is designed to increase strength, mobility and flexibility as well as centre the mind and ease stress. Via the use of a supportive Aerial Yoga Hammock, poses that may be difficult to accomplish on the floor as well as variations of those poses are, instead, performed in the air. This class runs for an entire Block (Approx. 10 weeks) - No Previous Experience Needed Please bring water for hydration and wear form-fitting clothes that cover the underarms, the back of the knees and have NO zips/metal.

Intermediate Polefit Level 1 (Tues)
This PoleFit class runs for an entire Block (approx. 10 weeks) and is for current and experienced Intermediate level students. Students will continue to build on their foundation and repertoire of Intermediate Level 1 inversions, poses, tricks and combos with a focus on completing an Intermediate Level 1 curriculum that will build the strength, stamina, agility and confidence needed for the transition to Intermediate Level 2. Admission to this class is at the discretion of the class instructor. Please bring water for hydration, a small towel to wipe your pole, a notebook so you can record your progress and wear fitted exercise clothes (including crop tops and short shorts) with NO zips/metal details.

Beginner Lyra/Aerial Hoop
Lyra/Aerial Hoop takes elements of dance, acro and qymnastics and places them in and around a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling. It is a fun way to build strength, stamina, flexibility and confidence. This class runs for an entire Block (approx. 10 weeks) and is suitable for beginners with little aerial experience or anyone that has completed the Intro to Lyra course. You will learn poses, transitions, combos and technique while also building a foundation of strength and coordination that will prepare you for the move into the next level of Lyra. Please bring water for hydration, a notebook so you can record your progress and wear fitted exercise clothes that cover the backs of the knees and have NO zips/metal details.

Open Pole Practice for approved students only. This is a non supervised pole play session where students can practice and improve on skills they have been learning in class. Current members please register your interest at reception to be added to the eligible students list. Please note, entire term and drop-in rate is for current studio members only. Beginner PoleFit (Wed)
PoleFit combines elements of dance, acro and gymnastics, both on and off the pole, to create a fun and unique workout that increases strength, flexibility, stamina and confidence. This course runs for an entire Block (approx. 10 weeks) and is for anyone that has completed the Intro to PoleFit course or has no previous pole experience. This class focuses on non-inversion skills such as spins, poses and sits as well as flow and floorwork. With a more 1 on 1 teacher student feel, your instructor will guide you through the basics while also preparing you for Beginner Certificate credit and the move to the next level of PoleFit. Please bring water for hydration, a small towel to wipe your pole, a notebook so you can record your progress and wear fitted exercise clothes (including short shorts) with NO zips/metal details.

Silk Tissu
Silk Tissue/Aerial Silks is the graceful art of mid-air dance and acrobatics via the use of a floor to ceiling fabric. Learn climbs, wraps, poses and drops while building flexibility, strength and confidence. This class runs for an entire Block (Approx. 10 weeks) and is an open level class for beginners through to more advanced students. No previous experience needed.
