This class runs for an entire Block (approx. 10 weeks) and is suitable for beginners with little aerial experience or anyone that has completed the Intro to Lyra course. You will learn poses, transitions, combos and technique while also building a foundation of strength and coordination that will prepare you for the move into the next level of Lyra. Intro To PoleFit 5 Week Course 1 (Thurs)
PoleFit combines elements of dance, acro and gymnastics, both on and off the pole, to create a fun and unique workout that increases strength, flexibility, stamina and confidence. This is a short half Block course designed for beginners with little to no previous experience. You will learn basic spins, poses and floorwork, building a solid foundation of strength and coordination that can take you to the next level and beyond. Please bring water for hydration, a small towel to wipe your pole and wear exercise clothes with NO zips/metal details.

Beginner Lyra/Aerial Hoop (Thurs)
Lyra/Aerial Hoop takes elements of dance, acro and qymnastics and places them in and around a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling. It is a fun way to build strength, stamina, flexibility and confidence. This class runs for an entire Block (approx. 10 weeks) and is suitable for beginners with little aerial experience or anyone that has completed the Intro to Lyra course. You will learn poses, transitions, combos and technique while also building a foundation of strength and coordination that will prepare you for the move into the next level of Lyra. Please bring water for hydration, a notebook so you can record your progress and wear fitted exercise clothes that cover the backs of the knees and have NO zips/metal details.

Intermediate Polefit Level 2 (Thurs)
This PoleFit class runs for an entire Block (approx. 10 weeks) and is for current and experienced Intermediate level students that have completed a Level 1 curriculum or have equivalent experience. Students will continue to build on their foundation and repertoire of Intermediate Level inversions, poses, tricks and combos with a focus on completing an Intermediate Level 2 curriculum that will build the strength, stamina, agility and confidence needed for the transition to Advanced Level. Admission to this class is at the discretion of the class instructor. Please bring water for hydration, a small towel to wipe your pole, a notebook so you can record your progress and wear fitted exercise clothes (including crop tops and short shorts) with NO zips/metal details.

Intermediate Silk Tissu
Silk Tissue/Aerial Silks is the graceful art of mid-air dance and acrobatics via the use of a floor to ceiling fabric. Learn climbs, wraps, poses and drops while building flexibility, strength and confidence. This class runs for an entire Block (Approx. 10 weeks) and is for students with prior Silk Tissu experience. Please bring water for hydration, a notebook to keep track of your progress and wear form-fitting clothes that cover the arms, legs and have NO zips/metal details.

Intermediate Polefit (Curriculum)
This PoleFit class for students who have recently completed their Beginner Certificate class or have a similar level of prior Polefit experience and strength. Students will build a foundation and repertoire of Intermediate Level 1 inversions, poses, tricks and combos with a focus on completing an Intermediate Level 1 report card. Admission to this class is at the discretion of the class instructor. Please bring water for hydration, a small towel to wipe your pole, a notebook so you can record your progress and wear fitted exercise clothes (including crop tops and short shorts) with NO zips/metal details.
