Aerial Yoga is a fun, challenging workout routine combining aspects of Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Arts and Strength Training designed to increase strength, mobility and flexibility, and you will have a great time while doing it! A total mind and body workout for those who want to combine fitness with FUN.

Intro To Lyra 5 Week Course
Congratulations on taking your first steps to your aerial journey. This wonderful class will help build strength, confidence, & flexibility all while making new friends. This is a five week taster class for beginners who would like to try aerial hoop without the commitment of a full term. No previous experience is necessary. All classes are paid in advance. No make up classes are given for any missed classes unless a class has been cancelled by Elevate Studios. There are no refunds of any kind.

Intro To Pole Fitness 5 Week Course
This is a 5 week taster class for beginners. No previous experience is necessary. All classes are paid in advance. No make up classes are given for any missed classes unless a class has been cancelled by Elevate Studios. No refunds of any kind.

Kids Circus Class (5yrs-10yrs)
This is a fun class for kids to learn multiple disciplines such as lyra (aerial hoop) silk tissue, pole, hula hoop, tumbling and adagio. This class is open for both boys and girls aged 5-10yrs. No previous experience necessary.

Intermediate/Advanced Polefit
This class is for Intermediate- advance level students whom have a vast knowledge and skill level for Pole. You must be able to aerial invert and be able to handspring to be eligible to enrol in this class. Intermediate pollers must have been invited up to this level class.

Beginner Polefit
This fun class is for anyone who has not tried pole before or who has limited pole experience. You will be fully supported by your instructor and everyone gets some 1-1 attention. You will learn basic pole spins, sits and flow. No previous experience is necessary.

Silk Tissue
Come learn the art of aerial dance on silk tissue. In this class you will learn everything from a basic climb to more complicated wraps depending on your skill level. This class is an open level class. No previous experience necessary

Intro To Aerial Yoga (5 week short course)
Welcome to the world of aerial yoga. Congratulations on your first step to your new aerial journey. This class is a short course for absolute beginners - no previous experience necessary. You will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with knowledgable and friendly staff. Please bring with you water for hydration, wear form fitting clothes with NO zips. We look forward to hanging upside down with you soon.

Beginner Lyra Class
Congratulations you have moved upwards and onwards from your trial classes. This class is for beginners who have completed the fundamentals course. We are excited to be part of your continuing aerial journey. In this class we will quickly revise your fundamentals on to which your skill level will be based upon. You will learn new skills and combinations to create a short mini routine. Please wear legging or form fitting workout attire with NO zips. Bring water for hydration and a note pad to keep track of your learning progression. (we have awesome aerial progression journals for sale at the front desk or online)

Teenage Circus Class (11yrs-16yrs)
This class is for both boys and girls aged 11-16yrs. No previous experience is necessary and all athletes will learn skills in the following disciplines: aerial hoop, silk tissue, pole, tumbles, adagio, and hula hoop.
