This class is the best place for them to learn how to safely execute all the moves they are dying to do! Developing flexibility, balance, and strength is the core objective in this class. Students will be taken through a variety of cardio & strengthening exercises, cobra series to develop back flexibility, and balancing exercises such as headstands and poses on relevé. Crab walks, wheelbarrows, forward rolls, and cartwheels will be introduced across the floor. This is a non-recital class.
