Tuesday July 30th from 5:30 - 7:00 - Heels for ages 14+
Kiana Ducusin’s Commercial Heels class is inspired by the current commercial dance industry. This style is heavily influenced by pop culture and puts emphasis on performance, dynamics, strength, and musicality. We will start class without shoes working on warming up the body and preparing it to be in the heel. We will then move on to progressions to find stability and confidence in the added challenge of a heel. We will finish class with a combination that the dancer can add their own style and individuality to while also connecting what we have worked on in class!
(Heels are encouraged but not required!)
